How it works
What it is — and what it isn't.
Testosterone cypionate is a long-acting injectable form of bioidentical testosterone. Weekly (or twice-weekly) dosing keeps levels in a stable physiologic range. We require baseline labs (total/free T, estradiol, CBC, PSA, lipids, metabolic panel) before starting and recheck at 8–12 weeks, then every 6 months. HCG and anastrozole are added only when clinically indicated.
