Who we are
WeightLoss Plus is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers and licensed US compounding pharmacies. We are not a healthcare provider and we are not a pharmacy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state where we operate. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
No medical guarantees
Individual results vary. We make no guarantees about specific clinical outcomes. A clinician may decline to prescribe if treatment is not appropriate for you.
Payment & cancellation
You may cancel or pause your plan at any time from your account. Charges that have already processed are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscriptions until cancellation.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the Services, share or sell your medication, impersonate another person, attempt to access another user's account, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeightLoss Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration except where prohibited by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@weightlossplus.com.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect.
